Delray Cleaning guidelines, Charges & Checkout
Below are the checkout procedures for the Delray Beach Cottage:
- Trash & recycling is picked up very early Monday morning and trash only is on Thursday. We suggest taking it out the night before.
- Remove all used linens, pillow cases and towels and place near the front door.
- Return furniture and electronics to original locations and operating conditions.
- Wash all dishes.
- Remove all food and trash from the home and place in recycling bins and garbage can.
- Appliances, counters and other surfaces wiped clean.
- Leave the property generally as it was found.
- Text us upon departure if possible.
